Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy: Thank you for shopping at Milk & Honey Mercantile. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date you received/purchased your item to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if this timeframe has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation email.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

5. Shipping Costs

For Defective/Damaged Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, Milk & Honey Mercantile will cover the return shipping costs.
For "Change of Mind" Returns: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. [Shipping costs are non-refundable.]

6. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
